NY Conservative Wins Judicial Race, Beats Democrat and Republican

In the race for Suffolk County Family Court judge, with 85% of the votes reporting, it appears that a candidate of the NY Conservative Party will win.

Bernard Cheng is leading a Democrat and a Republican.

Here are the numbers we have so far, according to Newsday.com…

Bernard C. Cheng (C) 48.14% – 261,040 votes
Caren L. Loguercio (R) 29.89% – 162,083 votes
Chris Ann Kelley (D) 21.96% – 119,078 votes

    Article is misleading, there were two seats open for the Family Court position. Caren Loguercio won the other open seat!! The conservative did not beat the Republican they both won!
