Indiana Looks Good for Libertarians: 4% for Governor, 6% for U.S. Senate

With nearly half the vote counted in Indiana, Libertarian Presidential nominee Gary Johnson is capturing 2.0% of the vote, his best performance of the night thus far.

In addition, Libertarians should be pleased to note that their nominee for U.S. Senate is at 5.9% and is winning more than the margin between the Republican and Democrat in that race.   Horning is polling above 10% in several major counties as of this posting.

In the contest for Indiana Governor, Libertarian Rupert Boneham is winning over 4%.  Boneham is best known as a fan favorite contestant from CBS’s Survivor.  Both Boneham and Horning were given the opportunity to debate their major party rivals in televised forums.
